Big Brother 15, Episode #32: Falling for Your Own Tricks

Hi Readers!

With Amanda and Elissa gone, the power in the House has shifted back to the men.  One of these men is now in danger of his game ending, as he is now on the outside looking in.  It’s pretty apparent who this lone soul is: McCrae.  Now he has to battle it out against the secret alliance, The Exterminators, to keep from being evicted.  Can McCrae overcome the odds and stick around longer?  Read on and find out!

The producers backtracked to the Double Eviction Night when McCrae and Elissa were talking to each other.  McCrae asked her if she voted Amanda out of the House.  Elissa told him that she didn’t, and that Andy was trying to frame her.  When Andy got a second alone with McCrae, he was begging McCrae not to put him up as an nominee, telling McCrae he was more trustworthy than Elissa because of their past history.

Spencer, working along with Andy, told McCrae to put GinaMarie and Elissa up because Amanda was out of the House.  Once away from McCrae, Spencer told GinaMarie that The Exterminators could control McCrae, so she didn’t have anything to worry about.

After The BB 500 Veto Competition, Elissa was becoming worried and upset because McCrae didn’t believe her, and that he was listening to everything Andy was saying when Andy was the treacherous one.

GinaMarie told Judd not to use the PoV on anyone to keep the nominations the same. Elissa was begging Judd to use the Veto on her while Andy was arguing to also keep the nominations the same. At the Veto Meeting, Judd did what The Exterminators wanted and didn’t use the Veto on anyone. Hey Judd! What happened to your alliance with Elissa? Well, this is Big Brother, so alliances can end as quickly as they are formed. The show then cut to Elissa being evicted from the BB game.

The Exterminators were secretly celebrating, jumping around and doing their Exterminator hand motion over getting rid of Amanda and Elissa in one night. McCrae then spoke with Spencer and Andy, forming an alliance he didn’t know was a false one, to stay safe in the game. Spencer and Andy were giving McCrae a sense of false security so he wouldn’t work so hard to win the HoH.  McCrae, you should know better than to fall for this at this point in the game.  Didn’t you and Amanda run this same scam on Helen a few weeks ago?  Hopefully, you’re not falling for your own trick, McCrae!

The show then went to the HoH Competition called Pixel This. In each round, an image would appear of a past competition on a screen in the BB Backyard. The players had to put together the picture of the House Guest that won that particular competition. They then had to hit a buzzer to say they were finished putting the face together. The slowest player was eliminated in each round. The last person standing would become the next HoH.  At the end of the competition, Spencer finally won his first HoH competition!  I guess it took being on the block 7 times to finally give him the luck he needed win an HoH comp!

Spencer was also given the task of giving the other House Guests “gifts.” Oh, Readers, in the game of Big Brother, a gift is not always a good thing. To GinaMarie and McCrae, he gave the Gift of Friendship. The two of them would have the pleasure of being tied to each other with a huge friendship bracelet for the next 24 hours. To Andy, Spencer gave him the Gift of Wealth. At some point, Andy would get a chance to win up to $5 000! For his buddy, Judd, Spencer gave him the Gift of Health. For the next 24 hours, Judd would have to do whatever exercise the BB Drill Sargent would tell him to to over the loud speaker. This “gift” was so bad, that when Spencer was reading his letter from his girlfriend when showing off her HoH Room, the BB Drill Sargent ruined the moment by telling Judd to do 15 jumping jacks right them and there. It also went off while everyone was sleeping, while he was eating, and even in the shower!

Andy got his chance to win up to $5 000 by smashing three decorated piggy banks of his choosing that held random dollar amounts. After choosing his three piggy banks, he smashed them, winning a grand total of $94.83! Andy was so thrilled! He confessed in the Diary Room that, after taxes, he would come away with about $6.00!

McCrae and Gina Marie wanted to speak to Spencer privately, but they had the problem of being connected to each other by their friendship bracelet. They figured out how to talk to Spencer separately, and McCrae went in first. Spencer continued to tell McCrae that he was safe to make him not work hard for the PoV. When GinaMarie went to speak to Spencer, he told her she was safe, and that he was leading McCrae in to make him feel safe.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Spencer chose GinaMarie and McCrae for Eviction. While Spencer was trying to explain why he chose these House Guests for Eviction, the BB Drill Sargent told Judd to complete another set of exercises. Can’t Spencer ever catch a break during his big moments as HoH?

Well, Readers, Spencer’s fortunes seem to be McCrae’s fortunes seem to be declining. If McCrae doesn’t take his butt out of the fire by winning the PoV, he will be joining his light of love, Amanda, sooner than he planned. Will McCrae win the PoV, placing an Exterminator on the block and exterminating one of their own? What other surprises are in store for the House Guests in the BB House as they near the end of the season and the $500 000 prize? Check back into my blog to find out!

Until my next post, Readers!

Big Brother 15, Episode #29: Surprise!

Hi There, Readers!

With Aaryn gone, there was more of a chance for everyone else to win the HoH spot this week.  After the winner was crowned, it was a game of cover up to hide the names of this week’s nominees.  Let’s just say when one of the nominees figured out they were going up on the block, they were so shocked that their jaw dropped wide open.  Oh, the BB 15 producers had a very nice surprise for the House Guests, but only one of them got to enjoy it.  Who were the big winners and losers during this episode of BB 15?  Read below and you’ll see!

Big Hoppertunity was in full swing at the beginning of this episode.  While the competition played out, the House Guests shared their feelings about their safety in the House this week.  Amanda was worried about not winning the HoH because if they didn’t win it, one or both of them would most likely go up on the block.  Elissa was worried because, since she was the out-going HoH, she wasn’t able to play this competition, so she was a sitting duck should anyone want to target her for Eviction.  Andy felt this was one of the most important HoHs for him to win because he wanted to make sure The Exterminators got rid of Amanda this week.  GinaMarie was sad her BFF, Aaryn was gone, but she must try to win this HoH to get rid of Amanda because of she and McCrae didn’t try to save Aaryn instead of voting her out.  After a lot of hopping and egg breakage, GinaMarie hopped her way into the HoH crown this week.  There was also a punishment for the two players who had the lowest egg count in their baskets at the end of the competition.  These two lucky people had to wear a chicken costume for 48 hours.  Spencer and Judd were these lucky people.

Since Amanda never knew where GinaMarie’s loyalty lie in this game, she decided to aggressively push GinaMarie to follow her agenda, as others had in the past, and get Elissa up on  the block.  Amanda’s angle was that Elissa was solely to blame for Aaryn’s eviction.  Amanda went to GinaMarie with her thoughts, but GinaMarie confessed that she wasn’t the stupid person Amanda thought she was, and she wasn’t going to be doing Amanda’s dirty work like Aaryn did.  GinaMarie was going to play her own game.

While most of The Exterminators were celebrating GinaMarie’s victory, Spencer was laying down the ground work so this week’s nominees wouldn’t think they would be considered.  I’m talking about Amanda and McCrae.  Yippee! Finally, someone was stepping up and getting both of the m on the block at the same time.  He was telling them that he was worried that GinaMarie would probably put him up because she didn’t trust him.  Amanda, not leaving anything to chance, said she was going to be all over GinaMarie to make sure both she and McCrae weren’t on the block this week.

It was time for Spencer and Judd to pay the piper.  They were called into the Diary Room, and then came back out to show everyone their new duds for the next two days: their chicken suits!  Both guys took their punishment in stride, both laughing and dancing around the BB Living Room.  GinaMarie loved their wuits so much, that she called Spencer “Deep Fried Chicken, and Judd got the name “Chicken Nugget”

Amanda was true to her word.  She was all over GinaMarie about who she should nominate for Eviction.  She asked if GinaMarie had any ideas for Eviction.  GinaMarie lied, telling her she didn’t, and that it could be anyone in the House.  Amanda, in her most non-threatening tone, said that she was just asking GinaMarie not to put up her or McCrae, and to put up Elissa.  Amanda said it wouldn’t matter how the other nominee was, because the whole House wanted Elissa out.

Elissa was sharing her feelings about her dislike for Amanda with Spencer and Andy, when, magically, Amanda came out of nowhere to ear all of Elissa’s comments about her.  Amanda decided to sit down with them and paint her nails while she started another argument with Elissa.  It got to the point where Andy couldn’t take anymore of their drama, and left the room.  Elissa followed Andy, sick and tired of Amanda berating her.  Spencer spoke to Amanda and McCrae.  Spencer warned Amanda she has to stop attacking Elissa.  Amanda said she couldn’t stop because Elissa was pushing her buttons too much.  When Spencer left, McCrae gave her the same advice.  He also advised her to take the high road from now on where Elissa was concerned, and to let the House see Elissa as the instigator of the arguments.  McCrae also wanted Amanda to try to make nice with Elissa, so the House can see she was trying to turn over a new leaf, making the target on their backs smaller.  Elissa was getting this same advice from Andy in the BB Backyard.

Amanda, halfheartedly, went to Elissa to apologize for her behaviour over the past few days.  Wait a minute!  Didn’t they tell Julie Chen they had apologized to each other already before the Live Vote and Eviction Ceremony?  I see that was either a lie, or both ladies just couldn’t leave well enough alone.  Elissa, seeing through Amanda’s apology, just shook her head and walked away.  Amanda was furious!  She was so furious, she went around the House, telling everyone that she tried apologizing to Elissa, but Elissa walked away from her, trying to drum up some sympathy from the rest of the House.

Amanda continued her “I’m Really Good” campaign by trying to sway Judd and Spencer while they were soaking up some sun “roasting” in the BB Backyard.  Amanda turned on the waterworks, crying about being the “bad guy” in the situation, and how sad it was making her.  She was just wasting her crocodile tears on them, as Judd said he didn’t believe a word of what Amanda was saying.  GinaMarie joined the group, and she wasn’t buy what Amanda was trying to sell, either.

I guess the House was asked to go into the HoH Room while the BB producers literally filled the House with balloons of all sizes!  It’s Luxury Prize time!  The House Guests were advised by a card left on a table that one of them would be able to win $10 000 if they found a chip with a “1,” a chip wit a “0,” and a chip with a “K” on it hidden within the balloons all over the House.  The first person to find these three chips and ring the bell on another table won the cash prize.  After a furious hunt for the three chips, Spencer was the first to find all three chips and ring the bell, winning $10 000.  He said he was the “cluckiest” man in the world.

GinaMarie was trying to avoid talking to Amanda as much as she could.  It got to the point where GinaMarie pretended to be busy talking to Judd so she could not speak to her.  About two minutes later, Amanda interrupted GinaMaire again, determined to talk to GinaMarie.  Once Judd left, Amanda started her pitch to get rid of Elissa, again, and to also put Judd up with her.  Amanda’s reasoning for these picks was that they would guarantee that GinaMarie would have less targets on her back if she took Amanda’s advice.  Amanda also added that she had  been influential in choosing the nominees as of late, so she should know what she was talking about.  As McCrae joined their conversation, Amanda tried to sweeten the pot by lightly mentioning a Final Three deal with McCrae and herself.  GinaMarie just nodded her head as if this sounded like a great idea.  Amanda, satisfied with their talk, left McCrae to finish talking to GinaMarie, and left the room. The rest of the House helped Amanda feel as though she was safe by telling her she was safe, and it was them who had something to worry about.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Amanda’s blanket of security was rudely ripped off of her and McCrae when their keys were the only two that didn’t come out of the Nomination Box.  Boy, was Amanda shocked!  Her jaw was on the floor, and she was speechless (for once)!  McCrae just looked lost ad confused.  GinaMarie told MCrae he was nominated because she wanted to see the light come back on in his eyes like they were during the first HoH Comp.  GinaMarie told Amanda she was on the block because she was crazy, but she loved Amanda.  While Elissa and the remainder of safe House Guests were elated to see Amanda’s expression when she found out she and McCrae were on the block, Amanda was still in shock.  She didn’t understand, after all of the browbeating she did to GinaMarie, that she and McCrae were both on the block.  McCrae was crying in the Diary Room, realizing their time together in the BB House was going to end shortly with one of them leaving this week.  GinaMarie said Amanda could cry all she wants, and that Amanda’s bullying tactics weren’t going to work on her.

Oh, Readers!  It was good to see Amanda get put in her place.  I don’t think she’s going to take any of this lying down, though.  I can see Amanda trying to go full force to get everyone to keep her over McCrae because she did all of the heavy lifting in their alliance.  Oh, her one Veto victory will erase all of the strong-arming, the taunting and the threats she dished out to the House over the past few weeks and make all the House Guests want her to stay over McCrae.  If my thoughts are indeed true, Amanda had better wake up, because she will be on her way out the BB front doors if she doesn’t win the Veto this week.  Who will win the PoV this week?  Will any of them sacrifice themselves in the name of love to save the other?  Will Amanda cool her jets and continue her nice act to smooth things over with the other House Guests?  You can find all of the answers to these questions by coming back to my blog!

Until my next post, Readers!

Big Brother 15, Episode #26: Oh, How the Tables Have Turned, Again!

Hey Readers!

With the Jury Members and the remaining House Guests all competing for the HoH, the future of the BB House is really up in the air!  Will Helen have a comeback, crushing 3 AM, or will another Jury Member be able to come back into the House to try and finish what they started at the beginning of the summer?  Read on and you’ll find out!

The Off the Wall Competition continued in this episode, with McCrae and Spencer being the first two casualties of the game.  Andy and Jessie quickly followed them.  Helen was trying to hang on in order to beat Amanda, but she, too, fell off the wall, followed by Candice, wishing Judd, the returning Jury Member, good luck in the BB House.

As the mini platforms began to move quicker beneath the feet of the remaining competitors’ feet, Judd fell off, losing his chance at being HoH this week.  Everyone else (Elissa, Amanda and GinaMarie) were hanging on for dear life.  After tapping into her Reilly Power Ring for extra power, Elissa pulled off some really spectacular saves to catch 10 baseballs first, making her this week’s HoH!  Oh, Readers, it was amazing!  My oldest and I were at the edge of our seats!  We were also watching some major boot shaking from many of the other House Guests.

Elissa confessed that she wanted Amanda and McCrae on the block to make up for splitting up the Mom Squad the week before.  She was also curious as to why Judd didn’t want to give her hug wen he left the House a few weeks ago.  Judd told her about how he wasn’t happy with how he had left the House at Helen’s bidding.  Judd went on to say that this unpleasantness was water under the bridge, and that he wanted to return to the game with a new slate.

Amanda, curious as to where Elissa’s head was at, went to her and asked if she and McCrae were safe this week.  Since Amanda is Elissa’s main target this week, Elissa said that the two of them being on the block together was a possibility.  ELissa also said Aaryn was a probable pick.  Amanda tried to change Elissa’s mind by throwing GinaMarie in the line of fire, if she was going after Aaryn.  Amanda left the room, even more worried and upset over not getting her way.

After relaying the information to McCrae, Amanda got McCrae to go to Elissa, since he was able to persuade many other HoHs to do 3 AM’s bidding.  McCrae also started throwing GinaMarie’s name around as a possible candidate for Eviction.  Elissa simply told McCrae that this was her HoH week, so she would be deciding who was going up on block.  McCrae tried every way possible to get Elissa off of the Idea of Amanda and himself being on the block, but Elissa stonewalled McCrae at every turn.  Amanda, after hearing about McCrae’s negative progress with Elissa, went back to Elissa, in fear of not being able to control this week’s nominations, crying and pleading to not to have the two of them on the block together, but no dice, Readers!  Elissa wouldn’t budge for them!

Aaryn, also worried about Nominations this week, was so preoccupied in her thoughts about being on the block that she took a swig of nail polish remover instead of her water from her water bottle!  Spencer and Andy witnessed what happened, and they knew why she did such a crazy thing.

Elissa was sharing her thoughts with Judd on how she would like for this week.  She wanted to see either Amanda or Aaryn go to the Jury House this week.  Judd pledged his full support for Elissa’s plans, and wanted to befriend Elissa.  She reciprocated Judd’s sentiments, so much so that they agreed to create an alliance between themselves.  I wonder what they will name their alliance?

Aaryn went to Elissa to try and sway Elissa not to put her up on the block.  Aaryn was trying to make Elissa fall for her line of BS by proposing fake promises, and fake deals.  Just as Aaryn had done to her the week before, Elissa listened with deaf ears.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Elissa’s choices for Eviction were revealed: Aaryn and McCrae.  Elissa said she nominated McCrae because he was a strong player, and she hoped he would win the Veto to get himself off the block.  Elissa nominated Aaryn to show her how Elissa felt when Aaryn targeted her last week, and because Aaryn as been making Elissa’s life in the BB House miserable since Week #1.  Elissa, please tell us how you really feel.

Oh, Readers, I smell a back-door situation being set-up by Elissa here to get rid of Amanda!  The only way this won’t work is if McCrae or any other competitor wins the PoV and doesn’t use it at all.  This way, the nominations stay the same, and Amanda is safe for the week.  Amanda wouldn’t care if Aaryn is directly in the line of fire.  She was just using Aaryn to lock her HoH noms last week.  3 AM was doomed to fail from its inception.  Will Elissa’s plan work?  Will McCrae save himself or sacrifice himself for Amanda?  How will the PoV change the game this week?  Oh, before I forget, in my next post, the House Guests will be getting a visit from another seasonal visitor!  Come back to my blog to check up on this season of BB 15 to see who it is!

Before I go, I do ave to give a humongous thank you to fellow WordPress blogger, Notes from a Southern Kitchen for showing so much support to my blog, and to my eldest child, for giving me a HUGE assist on this episode’s post!  It really means a lot to me.

Until my nest post, Readers!

Big Brother 15, Episode #20: Now It’s Time to Choose a Side

Hiya Readers!

So Candice and Judd have been made the first two members of this season’s Jury.  Aaryn just finished her second stint as HoH.  The House Guests are still upset over Judd’s departure from the game.  Where is this season’s game going to go from here?  Well, it looks as though the players are going to have to start really choosing who they are going to be placing their trust with for the rest of the season, or be left in the dust, or The Jury, I guess.  For some players in the game, it will be much harder than others to make this decision.  Which of the House Guests have this problem?  Read on and find out!

The show decided to fill in the blanks from the Double Eviction Night of the last episode.  They started off with the Candice-GinaMarie verbal cat-fight.  GinaMarie went too far, saying that even Candice’s mom didn’t like her.  Why is this bad?  Well, if you didn’t read Candice’s bio, she was adopted, so GinaMarie, feeling petty, thought putting in that cheap shot gave her the upper-hand in their argument.  Aaryn didn’t like GinaMarie’s actions with this cat-fight, as she said they were reflecting poorly on her since they were friends.  Uh, did we forget your past actions, Aaryn?  You know, your horrible comments about other House Guests, or you flipping Candice’s bed because you didn’t like her?  Didnt they reflect poorly on GinaMarie?  Was GinaMarie whining about these things?  No, she had your back!  You are right about these actions hurting your game as well as GinaMarie’s, but why is it that you can’t won up to your own actions?  Again, it might be because you haven’t experienced real life yet, or no one has put you in your place about what comes out of your mouth!  When that day comes, hopefully, you will learn from it.

After Candice left the House, GinaMarie was apologizing to the House for the cat-fight.  Aaryn confessed in the Diary Room that she would like to put GinaMarie up for Eviction, but she couldn’t because she GinaMarie was her girl, and it would look bad if she was going to put up her best friend in the House.  After Aaryn nominated  Jessie and Spencer, then won the PoV, Aaryn got advice from Helen, telling her to backdoor Judd.  Along with Amanda Andy, Helen told Aaryn that Judd was a dangerous player, and that he was lying to everyone to keep his social game up.  Helen said they should take this opportunity to get rid of him now, so he won’t stay and win the game.  Helen continued, telling Aaryn that she shouldn’t waste a Double Eviction Night on Jessie when you can go after a big fish like Judd who has a good social game.  Helen does have a point.  These types of nights are for getting the big fish out.  Maybe Aaryn should have gone after Amanda, or Helen, not Judd.  You could go after Judd anytime.  Helen even said she would get the House together (you know, using the clout she said she didn’t have) to gain support for this plan.  I must say, Helen is putting her skills as a Political Consultant to good use in this game!  She’s pulling the strings of those that hold the power in this game.  Hopefully, that won’t bit her in the butt if she makes it to the end of the game.

Judd got wind of what was going on after the PoV Competition, and he was trying to stop this from happening.  He told members of the House and the second Live Vote and Eviction Ceremony to not believe what was being said about him, and to keep him in the game since he’s been so loyal to so many people.  If you read my last post on Episode #19, you would have seen that this speech fell on sad and deaf ears, as Judd was the one to leave the BB House.  This also answered my questions as to why Amanda and McCrae were sad and hugging each other, and why Judd didn’t want hugs from Helen or Elissa when he was leaving the game.  While the rest of the House was mourning Judd’s picture turning gray on the wall, Helen was trying to make the House forget about Judd.  She told Aaryn that it was the right move to make, and she was just like Janelle for making a move like this, and that she was going to win the game for it.  Oh, Helen!  Telling the House anything they wanted to hear to take away any guilt they felt over Judd leaving so they wouldn’t go after her.  Again, a good move since not many of the players left in the game are playing on a strategic level.

The House Guests then played the next HoH Competition where the BB Backyard was transformed in the BB Diner.  It was another tourney-styled competition where the House Guests were paired off and had to compete in head-to-head rounds.  The first player to place their cherry on the top of their sundae won and continued in the tourney until there was only one person standing.  This person would be the HoH.  Here is ta break-down of what happened in this competition:

Round #1

Helen vs Jessie – Jessie won    Andy vs GinaMarie – Andy won

Amanda vs Spencer – Amanda won   Elissa vs McCrae – McCrae won

Final Four

Jessie vs Andy – Andy won     Amanda vs McCrae – McCrae won

Championship Round

Andy vs McCrae – Andy won HoH!

Andy also has to pick four House Guests to be the Have-Nots for the week.  Aaryn, Jessie, GinaMarie and Helen volunteered for this honour.  Wow!  They must all think they’re safe this week if they’re volunteering to be Have-Nots!

Backtracking for a second, Amanda was whining after McCrae beat her during the HoH Competition.  She was truly upset because McCrae didn’t let her win their match-up.  Really, Amanda!  If you are in such control of the game, does it really matter whether you are HoH or not?  She was carrying on about this to McCare after the competition was over, saying she sucks at everything, and that she just wanted to be HoH, but she wasn’t upset at him.  Helen, continuing her campaign of good will (for herself), went to comfort Amanda with Elissa, telling her that the reason they were still in the game was because of Amanda’s game-play.  When Amanda and McCrae were alone again, McCrae made her see that Andy being HoH this week may have put them in the best place possible.  This was because Andy was part of their Final Four alliance, and he would be doing their dirty work, so their hands would be clean, both of them would not be nominated this week, and both of them still had a crack at HoH next week.

Helen and Andy were talking in Andy’s HoH Room (which they didn’t show this week, probably due to time constraints) about who to nominate this week.  They were both on board for Jessie leaving, but they were divided about who the other nominee should be.  Helen wanted Amanda gone because she was the other big fish the House.  Andy was trying to change Helen’s mind about Amanda, saying that she was trustworthy.  Helen wanted to separate Helen and McCrae, and they would lose the opportunity to do so if they didn’t strike now.  Andy felt stuck between the two heavyweights of the game, but he had to ultimately choose a side that would ultimately get him as far as he could to the  $500 000 prize.

Andy’s choice in nominees will make his choice in which side of the House he was truly on for the remainder of the game.  At the Nomination Ceremony, it was crystal clear where Andy’s loyalties lay.  He chose Jessie and Spencer as this week’s nominees.  Andy was on Amanda’s side of the House.

A line in the sand has been truly been drawn in the House between Amanda and Helen.  People will be scrambling on to one side or the other.  Which side am I cheering for?  As much as I want the Mom Squad to come out victorious in BB 15, I’m not sure they have much steam left in the game unless they make a huge move with the next few weeks to thin out some of Amanda’s allies in the House like Amanda as done to Helen.  Helen has to watch her back, and her actions, if she wants to make a bit longer in the game, or else she really will be the next big target.  Will Jessie or Spencer win the PoV to take themselves off the block?  Will Helen try to get Amanda out of the House if the PoV is used?  Will Amanda start gunning for Helen?  Hopefully, all of these questions will be answered in the next BB 15 episode.  Come back to by blog to find out!

Until my next post, Readers!

Big Brother 15, Episode #8 – Turn Around is Fair Play

Hiya Readers!

This was one of the most emotionally charged episodes of the season yet!  Yelling, name calling, crying, changes of allegiances, you know, all of the things that make BB so popular to watch.  What else happened in the House with Helen as it’s HoH?  Continue reading and you’ll see!

Frustration between the House Guests finally came to a boil as Nick was evicted from the game.  I mentioned in my last BB 15 post that GinaMarie fell apart, crying hysterically all over the House.  All of this happened before the HoH Competition.  When she wasn’t wailing over the loss of her one-sided showmance, she was taking a temper tantrum, scream and shouting threats to those who voted Nick out of the game, swearing to exact vengeance on them.  The House Guests she was yelling at were in scattered around the House, shaking their heads at what GinaMarie was saying.

After the HoH Competition, Jeremy was miserable because the power has shifted away from his side of the House, and the Moving Company is crumbling.  He decided that he had to look out for his own game from this moment on, so he went to speak to Helen in the Have-Not Room (which they did not show off to my recollection), applauding Helen’s game-play, and sucking up to the Mom Squad any way he could.

Aaryn, GinaMarie, and Kaitlin took a different approach to dealing with the power shift.  They were upset and worried about Helen taking their HoH Room away from them.  They were also wondering which of them would be chosen to nominated to go on the block this week.  It was really sad to see the three of them sulking like children because things were not going their way.

Team Aaryn continued began taking their frustration on being on the wrong side of the House on other players.  They ganged up on Jessie for changing sides by verbally attacking her while she was in her bed.  Aaryn then took a hissy fit and trashed Candice’s bed, tossing the sheets and mattress flying across the room. Judd popped his head into the room to see what was going on, and got yelled at by Team Aaryn.  They then continued to attack Jessie, calling her all sort of things because she lied to them about who she was voting out the House.  Candice then entered the room to find her bed in shambles, and being attacked by Team Aaryn as well.  Both Aaryn and GinaMarie started talking their horrible version of ghetto talk to her to egg Candice on, and Candice was yelling back, trying to defend herself.  Way to go, Team Aaryn! Since one of you can’t stand up for yourself, you can only attack people in packs while your “victim” is alone.  You’re really justifying why all of you should go up on the block and be evicted!

Thank goodness for Howard! He overheard the verbal cat-fight and stepped in to diffuse the situation.  He took Candice out of the room, and talked her down so she wouldn’t go back into the room and continue the fight.  He also got Candice to turn the other cheek about Team Aaryn and their delightful comments.  Oh, Howard!  You’re such a good guy!

Team Aaryn turned their tirade back onto Jessie.  Jessie was defending Candice, and the other ladies in the room were trying to tell Jessie that the Mom Squad and their new allies were talking smack about her, but, thankfully, Jessie didn’t believe them and their petty accusations.  Jessie had to remind these ladies of the smack they’ve been dishing out all over the House, and that they are victimizing themselves.

Later on, when the House simmered down, GinaMarie was crying, again, on the couch with Aaryn watching her.  Candice noticed GinaMarie crying and went over to her to see if she could help GinaMarie get over whatever she was going through.  Both GinaMarie and Aaryn saw the great person she was, and apologized for their words and actions.  Candice confessed that she accepted their apologies, but she didn’t believe they were being sincere, especially in Aaryn’s case.  She said after GinaMarie stopped crying, she would pretend they didn’t exist because she couldn’t trust them.

This week’s Have/Have-Not Competition was a stinky affair.  The House was split into three teams:

Blue                                            Red                                                 Yellow
Howard                                   Judd                                                Spencer
Kaitlin                                     McCrae                                           Andy
GinaMarie                             Amanda                                         Elissa
Aaryn                                     Jessie                                              Candice

One person from each team had to stand in a huge bucket of curdling rotten milk and pass this milk by tossing it out of their smaller bucket to another teammate, and they continue this until they can pour it into a huge jar at the end of the line.  The last team to finish will be the Have-Nots this week.  The Red team finished the competition quickly, cheering their victory.  Howard confessed he was trying to throw the Competition by tossing the milk on GinaMarie, and pretending to have trouble getting milk into his bucket.  He wanted for his teammates to suffer just that much more this week because of all of the waves they were making in the House.  Howard’s plan was done all in vane, though, as McCrae was even worse than Howard was pretending to be in this challenge.  Howard’s teammates were still able to fill their jar before the Yellow Team could, making Team Yellow the Have-Nots for the week.

After the competition, Jeremy swallowed his pride and told Helen about the Moving Company, how he blames McCrae for turning on their alliance and on Aaryn.  Helen was so elated because Candice’s suspicions were right, and Nick leaving really was the best decision to make.   Helen then asked Jeremy if he would care.if Kaitlin went up.  He said as long as his butt was safe, he didn’t care whether Kaitlin went up or not.  Wow!  What happened to all of your chivalry from last week, Jeremy, telling Kaitlin you’d tell her if anyone was after her, and making sure she didn’t go anywhere.  All of that huffing and puffing to the Moving Company about keeping Kaitlin safe, practically ruining your alliance last week for nothing!  Lovely, just lovely, Jeremy!

Howard also stopped by the HoH Room and had a chat with Helen.  When asked about the Moving Company, he denied it.  Why?  Howard, your alliance is D-E-A-D!  Why try to hold on to it?  This just made your stock plummet in Helen’s eyes, warning her that she can’t you.

At the HoH Nomination Ceremony, guess which two House Guests were chosen as Nominees? Yeppers!  It was Kaitlin and Aaryn!  Helen fed them some bull about how they were strong competitors, and how they will get their chance to get off the block by winning the PoV.  Helen then confessed she’s after bigger fish, and to wait for her to reveal her plan later on in the week.

I know, so much went on during this episode!  It was really something to watch.  Team Aaryn really have to stop being babies about their lot in the game, and do something about it.  Did they forget that this could happen to them in the game. Who will be this week’s MVP?  Who will this person nominate as the third person on the block?  Will Team Aaryn continue apologizing to other House Guests over their actions?  Who wiol win the PoV? All of these questions will (hopefully) be answered within my next post!

Big Brother 15, Episode #2 – Let Me Put in My Two Cents…

Hi, Readers!

Episode #2 has the House Guests settling down into the rhythm of the BB game.  Just about every House Guests wants to be able to influence HoH, McCrae’s decision over who should be up for the first Eviction of the season, and it’s making it hard for McCrae to decide who to nominate. Who will he ultimately choose to be on the block? Read on and you’ll find out!

After McCrae won the HoH, and the new twist of the BB MVP was announced, the House Guests were excited and worried how this new power would effect their game. They were also sizing up the opposite sex. Jeremy thought and Judd that one of the hot women of the House would be chosen as the first MVP. The ladies were more about the looking at the guys, and less about game play. Some of them gave who they thought was hot code names so they could talk about them without them finding out. Here were some of the ones they revealed:

David – Ken (3 guesses why…)
Nick – Manhattan, then changed to Big (SATC reference)
Jeremy – The Sailor,(because he works on a boat).

McCrae then showed off his HoH Room to the House Guests. He also promised the House Guests that he would not catch HoH-itis (having a power trip because you are HoH). Everyone laughed because a bunch of the House Guests started referring to Rachel when she cause this -itis every time she became HoH. Some of them even did impressions of her, and started talking smack about her. This worried Elissa because this could be placing a huge target in her back in this game.

Nick and Jeremy were talking strategy in one of the various bedrooms in the House. Nick brought up the idea of having a five-person alliance. It would have them, along with Howard and Spencer for their straightforwardness and strength, and McCrae because he seemed wily, and the fact that he was currently the HoH doesn’t hurt either. Jeremy loved this idea because it brought along his original alliance of three (Howard and Spencer), so he wouldn’t have to cross enemy lines to make decisions in the game. Nick then took this idea to the others formerly mentioned. They were all on board. The next order of business for this group of guy was to figure out who to put up for nominations. After a few ideas were thrown around, David’s name popped up because he was, according to them, the last good-looking guy in the House, and the only other physical threat in this game besides themselves.

Aaryn and David had plans of their own for this game. They decided to work together as a team while swinging in the BB hammock in the backyard. David was over the moon about this idea because he wanted to have a showmance this summer more than the money, and he had been admiring Aaryn since they got in the House, and he felt she would be the brains of their operation. Aaryn felt the same way about David, and was excited to play them game with him.

Elissa doesn’t know it yet, but the whole House was.a buzz about their suspicions about her being Rachel Reilly, sister. Some House Guests were upset because they thought she was shady and stupid if she thought anyone wouldn’t figure out who she was. Others thought she was going to have the same attitude as Rachel, and started pegging her as Rachel. I wonder how she’s going to get out of this predicament.

The first Have-Not Competition, “Cooler the Gang” took place to figure out which House Guests would have to be Have-Nots for the week. The House Guests were split up into three teams: Red, Blue and Yellow. Each team had one person paddling with their hands on a inertube raft across the BB man-made lake to retrieve empty beer cans. This person had to then go into their team’s cooler and get a can and row themselves back to where their team was holding up a platform for them to build a pyramid of 15 cans. The last team to finish this task would be Have-Nots. The Blue team finished quickly, while the Red and Yellow teams struggled. After many fumbles and bumbles, the Red team watched as the Yellow team completed their pyramid, making them the Have-Nots. These people are: Elissa, Howard, Helen, Andy and a fifth person. ( I couldn’t tell who it was…I will update this post ASAP when I figure it out).

The Have-Nots were then shown the Have-Not Room for the season. Their luxurious beds this season are actually airplane seats. BB, you’re so bad! I think I would end up sleeping in the floor! Just about all of the Have-Nots were “excited” about their new digs.

The focus of the game shifted to McCrae and who he was going to nominate for Eviction. People kept popping into his HoH Room to give their two cents about who they felt he should put up on the chopping block. A bunch of House Guests were also advising McCrae while relaxing in the BB backyard. They were all talking about how they didn’t like Candice. Others were trying to lean McCrae towards Jessie because she was annoying them with her silly crushes. Elissa felt she should come clean to someone, so she went to McCrae and told him. She also did this because she felt it would make her seem less shady and asked if he wouldn’t put her up because of her situation. Some wanted Elissa up because of who she was. As much as McCrae wanted to please everyone in the House, he wanted to nominate people that would get him further along in the game.

At the Nomination Ceremony, It was revealed that McCrae had chosen Jessie and Candice for Eviction. After feeding his nominee some stupid reason why he chose them, he admitted that they were the two least liked people in the House at the moment. He also didn’t want too much blood on his hands so early in the game. He wanted to leave that to the BB MVP.

That was an interesting episode. I like his choices. They were safe, and at this point in the game, you have to really beef up your social game before you start backstabbing your new friends. Will Jessie and Candice save themselves from Eviction by winning the Veto? Who will be BB’s first MVP? Will we finally see our first BB showmance kiss? Hopefully all of these questions will be answered on the next episode of Big Brother!

Until my next post, Readers!
