Mornin’ Readers!
The summer is quickly coming to a close, and it has been a short and busy one. I’m getting ready for two ”Bosses” to attend school this year, looking after them during the day, visiting family, and the usual checklist of things I do during the week.
When everything on my list is done, I do like kickin’ back with my other half in our backyard oasis while the ”Bosses” are running around exploring, and relaxing and decompressing. It is rare, especially with toddlers and no babysitter, to just get to chat and have fun. We relish these moments, and take advantage of them as much as possible!
Being able to take a moment out life to relax and inspired this week’s MMMM pick. It is Corinne Bailey Rae’s ”Put Your Records On.” It’s all about relaxing and having fun while chatting and reminiscing about good times. I love doing this with my other half, and I can’t wait to do this with my girls when we get the chance to get together.
I hope ”Put Your Records On” gets you in better spirits and gets you through this mundane Monday morning on a good note!
